在某处找到的文章,虽然声明是写给两个系统都了解的人,不过我想对于AD&D的老手,这篇可以应该会让你们比较容易了解Storytelling system。
因为我忘记是从哪找?淼奈恼拢所以原作者不详...等我找到再补上。:)
中文注解是我写的,同样的,请不要把他当一回事。:P

Vampire: AD&D Style
An important note for all concered. The information presented
here is writen from the point of view that the reader is familiar
with both the Storyteller Game System from White Wolf Games and
the AD&D Game System from TSR/WoTC. It is also done without
consent of either publisher and is not done for profit on my part.

Stat Conversions:
Vampire to AD&D
属性对照
Strength = Strength
Dexterity = Dexterity
Stamina = Constitution
Charisma+Manipulation/2 = Charisma
Appearance = Comeliness
Perception = Perception (from Dragon Magazine)
Intelligence = Intelligence
Wits = Wisdom
(这边的dot就是storytelling system的代表数值的小圆点,最多到10点)
1 dot = score of 8
2 dots = score of 10
3 dots = score of 13
4 dots = score of 16
5 dots = score of 18
6 dots = score of 20
7 dots = score of 22
8 dots = score of 23
9 dots = score of 24
10 dots = score of 25
(角色的技能在storytelling system中是必要的设定,而且比较繁杂)
Talents, Skills and Knowledges are proficiancies in AD&D,
which would not be optional in this case.
(下面的各项属性并非各个storytelling system都通用,而是依照各个不同
的Compaign setting而异)
Advantages: Disciplines, Backgrounds, and Virtues. These are
new stats that must be generated for the fledgling Kindred.

1-Chaste: Evil Only
2-Moral: Max Evil and Min Neutral
3-Just: Min Good and Max Neutral

COURAGE (based on Level of the PC)
1-Bold

5-Valorous: Must be 20th+ Level
(人性=阵营)
Humanity and Alignment:
0-Monstrous = Chaotic Evil
1-Horrific = Chaotic Evil
2-Beastial = Chaotic Evil
3-Cold = Chaotic Evil
4-Unfeeling = Chaotic Evil, Neutral Evil or Neutral
5-Distant = Chaotic Evil, Chaotic Neutral, Neutral
Evil or Neutral
6-Removed = Any Alignment is Possible
7-Normal = Neutral, Neutral Good, Lawful Neutral or
Lawful Good
8-Caring = Neutral Good or Lawful Good
9-Compassionate = Lawful Good
10-Humane = Lawfufl Good
As with the Standard VAMPIRE game, Conscience + Self-Control =
Humanity. But these base stats are determind by the character's
alignment.

Backgrounds: These can be worked out as "proficiencies" as can
many other stats as well. I will not detail any info here as it
is up to the DM to decide point cost for his own game.
(这个WILLPOWER比较象是starwar里面CP的设计,AD&D没有吧。我想。)
The Storyteller Trait of WILLPOWER, deserves special attention in
AD&D. The trait in Storyteller is rolled against and can be spent
for special actions. Translating this into AD&D truely is not
difficult.
1) Willpower = Hero Points (for those familier with Living City
campaigns this will not be new to you....for those without that
information. Hero Points=Hit Dice at a max.....and yes, non-
Kindred can use it too.) Just use it like spending Willpower in
Storyteller :-)
2) This is the part of Willpower that goes with "saving" vs
Domination and the like. Again it is based on the number of
Hit Dice the character has using the following converstions:
WILLPOWER and ADJUSTEMENT to specific Saves in AD&D
1-Weak = -4
2-Timid = -3
3-Unassertive = -2
4-Diffident = -1
5-Certain = 0 no bonus no penalty
6-Confident = +1
7-Strong = +2
8-Controled = +3
9-Iron-Willed = +4
10-Unshakable = +5
Keep in mind the the Willpower Rating is based on Hit Dice.
